Submit a grant application to the Focus 2030 Rapid Response Fund
The Focus 2030 Rapid Response Fund exclusively finances awareness-raising and education actions, research activities, as well as communication, mobilization, and advocacy initiatives, defined as follows:
- Production of data or analyses aimed at improving understanding of issues related to international solidarity (SDGs) and/or official development assistance;
- Implementation of activities designed to promote international solidarity and/or official development assistance issues among the general public;
- Organization of actions engaging citizens to actively participate in campaigns in support of international solidarity;
- Implementation of actions targeting public decision-makers, potentially including communication, awareness-raising, and mobilization components, to promote the fight against global inequalities and encourage policies supportive of the Sustainable Development Goals.
The Rapid Response Fund does not finance:
- Lobbying activities (actions aimed at directly influencing elected officials or political decision-makers);
- Operational field projects (infrastructure projects, direct service delivery, humanitarian aid, etc.);
- Recurring activities that do not require clearly demonstrated specific or urgent support;
- Projects whose ultimate objective is not to improve the consideration of international solidarity issues within public policies.
Eligibility criteria : Only organizations based in France or in a low- or middle-income country are eligible.
Selection process : Following the review of the application form, if the preliminary request is deemed compliant with the Fund’s criteria, project leaders will be invited to submit a detailed grant application.
Please note:
- Grants may be awarded for amounts of up to €30,000;
- Applications are reviewed within a maximum period of two (2) weeks;
- An activity report must be submitted at the end of the project. Depending on its duration, an interim report may also be required.
