Arthur Jeaulin
Chief Operating Officer
Arthur Jeaulin is Head of Operations (COO) at Focus 2030, where he oversees the organisation’s operational implementation and development.
A graduate of Paris-Sorbonne University with a master’s degree, he has worked in international development and the media sector since 2009, primarily across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He has extensive experience in strategic and operational management, organisational development and the delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder and multi-country projects. He also has strong expertise in production and broadcasting systems incorporating new technologies.
Throughout his career, he has contributed to initiatives supported by institutional and international partners including the European Union, International Media Support, the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, the United Nations Democracy Fund, Free Press Unlimited, GIZ, Hivos, Canal France International, France Médias Monde, Open Society Foundations and the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency.
At Focus 2030, Arthur Jeaulin leads the implementation of the organisation’s development strategies, modernises its management and governance practices and supports the structuring and expansion of its teams. He also works to strengthen the involvement of the Board of Directors.
