Caroline
Caroline de Cremoux has been responsible for gender equality and the Sustainable Development Goals at Focus 2030 since 2020. She produces analysis and advocacy tools on gender equality policies, development issues and multilateral processes.
She contributes to the mobilisation of French and international civil society around these priorities, particularly in connection with the Generation Equality Forum. She also regularly represents Focus 2030 in discussions with public authorities, international organisations, foundations and civil society organisations.
Caroline de Cremoux also contributes to the work of the Coalition for Feminist Philanthropy, which advocates for increased funding for feminist organisations and women’s rights.
Before joining Focus 2030, she worked as a Policy Adviser at the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, where she monitored global health issues and contributed to the development and promotion of France’s positions within major multilateral forums. This experience enabled her to develop expertise at the intersection of development policy, diplomacy and international governance.
She holds a master’s degree in the Economic Assessment of Development Policies and Projects from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
