Focus 2030 was created in June 2017. This report summarises our work for the first six months of the organisation's existence.

This first International Development Barometer examines French attitudes and understanding of global poverty and public development aid. It was published in the run-up to the French Presidential elections of 2017.

Focus 2030’s intention is to ensure an informed debate on international development questions and the fight against inequality.

Dialogue, benefit-sharing and partnerships are at the core of our mission. We work closely with the development community and a range of actors, whether government (bilateral agencies, ministries, other public institutions) or non-government (NGOs, think tanks, research institutions, or civil society), involving them regularly in our different activities.

The team produce studies on aid and international solidarity, support partners with projects financed by Focus 2030, and offer advice and resources on communication, mobilisation and advocacy.
