Funding Mechanisms
Focus 2030 offers two funding mechanisms to support development actors — NGOs, think tanks, polling institutes, media outlets, and associations — in their efforts to place major global challenges at the heart of public debate, citizen engagement, and media coverage.
1. Rapid Response Fund (RRF)
Who is it for?
Non-profit organizations active in international solidarity (associations, research centers, media outlets, etc.), based in France or in a low- or middle-income country.
What for?
To fund urgent or innovative initiatives in communication and citizen mobilization, advocacy, and the production of studies and research.
Why?
The RRF provides a rapid response to critical and urgent needs, with particular attention to high-impact and innovative projects.
2. Support for Long-Term Projects
Who is it for?
Non-profit organizations based in Spain and Italy.
What for?
To fund structuring initiatives in key areas such as global health, development financing, and gender equality.
Why?
This mechanism supports sustainable projects designed to generate a significant and lasting impact on development challenges.

Focus 2030 manages a Rapid Response Fund under the supervision of a Selection Committee.
This fund supports non-profit organizations active in international solidarity (associations, research centers, media outlets, etc.), based in France or in a low- or middle-income country. It enables a rapid response to urgent needs or projects requiring immediate support, through the allocation of grants to organizations working in the field of international solidarity.

This interface allows you to manage your grant easily and efficiently.
Once your grant application has been approved, you will receive a personal username and password giving you access to your dedicated space. Through this space, you can:
- Track the status of your grant in real time,
- View and download related documents,
- Update your information if necessary,
- Access resources and guidance to optimize the use of your grant.
