    2. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF USE

    2.1. The purpose of this document is to define the terms and conditions under which the Association makes the Site available to users (hereinafter referred to as the “Users”) for browsing and use.

    2.2. These General Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “GTU”) are brought to the User’s attention and are deemed accepted upon the User’s first use of the Site. The User therefore acknowledges having read these GTU and accepts them fully and without reservation.

    3. USE OF THE SITE

    3.1. Prior to any use of the Site, the User must ensure that they have the technical and IT resources required to browse and use the Site. The User must also ensure that their computer configuration is in proper working order and free of viruses.

    3.2. The Association reserves the right to modify, revise, delete, validate, or change, in whole or in part, any content (hereinafter the “Content(s)”) displayed or made available on the Site.

    3.3. The Association may remove, change, or modify the Site and/or the Content at any time.

    4. USER OBLIGATIONS

    4.1. By using the Site, Users agree:

    5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

    5.1. By accessing the Site, Users expressly acknowledge that the Site and the Content made available to Users, including images, photographs, designs, graphics, drawings, models, layouts, logos, trademarks, texts, etc., are the exclusive property of the Association and are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code and applicable international treaties and agreements relating to intellectual property protection. As such, they may not be reproduced without the Association’s express authorization, subject to civil and criminal proceedings.

    5.2. The Association exclusively holds all rights, titles, and interests in and to the Site and the Content, including all intellectual property rights, notably copyrights, design rights, trademarks, trade names, corporate names, domain names, technology, know-how, processes, formulas, source codes and executable codes, data, and similar rights, including information relating to any application, registration, or renewal thereof protected under the intellectual property laws and regulations of any country.

    5.3. The Association grants Users a non-exclusive license to use the Site and the Content strictly within the framework of these GTU.

    5.4. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, exploitation, distribution, dissemination, commercial use, translation, arrangement, transformation, or creation of derivative or composite works from all or part of the works and/or any other Content on the Site, by any current or future means or medium, is expressly prohibited. Such acts may constitute infringement punishable under civil and criminal law.

    5.5. The systematic and repeated extraction of information and Content from the Site is strictly prohibited and punishable under intellectual property law and database sui generis rights. Any unlawful extraction may result in civil and criminal liability.

    6. LIABILITY

    6.1. The Association disclaims any liability for any damage resulting from fraudulent intrusion by a third party beyond its control that leads to modification or alteration of the information/Content on the Site or causes harm to any User; and more generally, for any damage, regardless of cause, origin, nature, or consequences, resulting from access to or inability to access the Site, beyond its control.

    6.2. The Association shall under no circumstances be held liable for technical issues or failures related to telephone networks, online computer systems, servers, internet service providers, Users’ hardware and/or software.

    7. LINKS

    7.1. Hyperlinks established on the Site to other websites or internet sources or content (hereinafter the “External Sources”) shall not incur the liability of the Association.

    7.2. As the Association cannot control these External Sources, the User acknowledges that the Association cannot be held responsible for their availability and assumes no liability for any content, advertising, products, services, or other material available on or from these External Sources.

    7.3. The Association does not authorize the creation of links to the Site from web pages containing illegal, unlawful, degrading, obscene content or content contrary to law, public decency, public order, or generally accepted social standards.

    7.4. In all cases, Users may create links on their respective web pages provided that they obtain the prior and express authorization of the Association.

    7.5. The Association does not have the means or resources to monitor or approve all information, content, products, or services provided by websites linking to the Site. The Association assumes no liability for any aspect of websites linking to the Site, including, without limitation, their operation, access, data, information, files, quality and reliability of their products and services, their own links, or their content in general.

    8. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

    8.1. Provisions relating to the protection of personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy available on the Site.

    9. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

    9.1. These GTU are governed by and construed in accordance with French law, without regard to conflict of law rules.

    9.2. In the event of any dispute arising from the interpretation and/or performance of these GTU, or in connection with them, jurisdiction shall lie with the courts designated by the French Code of Civil Procedure.

    10. LANGUAGE

    10.1. These GTU are drafted in French.

    10.2. Should they be translated into one or more foreign languages, only the French version shall prevail in the event of a dispute.
