    Focus 2030 is a non-profit association governed by the French Law of 1 July 1901. Its website, www.focus2030.org, is not a commercial website. Its purpose is to freely disseminate data and information on development issues and international solidarity.

    This Privacy Policy is up to date as of 16 December 2025.

    1. INTRODUCTION

This privacy policy (hereinafter the “Privacy Policy”) is provided to the user (hereinafter the “User”) by the non-profit association “Focus 2030”, governed by the French Law of 1 July 1901, whose registered office is located at 39 rue Beauregard – 75002 Paris, France, Prefectural declaration number: W751239992 and SIRET number: 831 192 125 00027 (hereinafter the “Association”).

    1.2. The Association is the publisher of the website www.focus2030.org (hereinafter the “Website”), which it makes available to users (hereinafter the “Users”).

    1.3. On the Website, the Association provides Users with a contact form (hereinafter the “Contact Form”).

    1.4. The User declares that they have read and accepted this Privacy Policy before submitting the Contact Form on the Website.

    In accordance with Article 40-1 of the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés), as amended by the Law of 20 June 2018, the Association will comply with any directives given by a User regarding the retention, erasure, and disclosure of their personal data after their death. In the absence of such directives, the Association will comply with requests from heirs within the limits set out in Article 40-1, III of the French Data Protection Act.

    OVH acts as a technical processor in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR and accesses the data strictly for technical purposes, on the instructions of Focus 2030. The hosting provider is ISO/IEC 27001 certified, ensuring a high level of security and confidentiality in data management.

    The Website is secured by an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate, ensuring encryption of exchanges between the User and the server and protecting data against unauthorized interception.

    No data is transferred outside the European Union.
